Barcelona is the second most important city of Spain, after Madrid; but is the biggest center of Catalonia. It is one of the most visited cities, loved by a cultural point of view. Barcelona is also loved by young people thanks to the succession of old town and modern city, where the Catalan gothic style perfectly stands next to the most demonstrations of Modernism style; for this reasons, UNESCO included in the World Heritage Sites some of the most symbolic buildings created by Gaudì and Doménech of Montaner. Barcelona is a wonderful city by an artistic point of view but also famous for its clubs and the infinite “movida”. The port of Barcelona is the post important commercial and touristic port of Spain. By car: Barcelona is reachable by highway A9 and AP-7. By plane: the airport of Barcelona-El Prat is approximately 10 kilometers away from the center of Barcelona. By train: the railway station is approximately 23 kilometers far from the port.
