Nador is located in the eastern part of Morocco and overlooks the Mediterranean sea. It lies only a few kilometers far south to the Spanish enclave of Melilla. Nados was the meeting point that linked local civilization (Berber) to Phoenician, Carthaginians, Roman and Islamic civilizations. It is the third most important economical city of Morocco. Its economy is mostly based on agriculture, but nowadays is living an important growth in passengers number transiting there, also thanks to maritime connections.
