Sete

Sete is a district located on the southern coast of France, in the region of Languedoc. The city is characterized by beautiful buildings with well colored façades, sewers, bridges and an old port – elements that make Sete look similar to Venice. Mont Saint-Clair, with its 183 m height, dominates the city and offers an incredible view. After Marseille, Sete is the second most important commercial port of France in the Mediterranean sea and is the most important for fishing. It is also one of the most loved resort for seafood lovers: itinerant fish markets and fishing boats are still a thing there, even if the fishing boats are less nowadays.  Departures and arrivals: ferries from Sete to Barcelona, ferries to Nador and ferries from Sete to Tangier. Come raggiungere il porto di Sete

By car: Sete is reachable by A54 or A7. By plane: the airport of Beziers is approximately 22 minutes away from the city. By train: the railway station Is very close to the port, approximately 6 minutes by car and 18 minutes on foot.
